Q: How do I make sure AGI has received my order?

A: We will send you a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order.

Q: How do I know when my order is ready for pick up? 

A:  We will send another email once your order is ready for pickup.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to me?

A: We currently only support local pick up at select locations across the US.

Q: Can I pay for my order when I pick it up instead of paying online?

A: All online transactions require you to pay online

Q: What do I bring when I go to pick up my order?

A: Please bring a printed copy of your Ready for Pickup email or show your email on your smartphone. The pick up location may require you to present a photo ID for verification purposes.  You will be required to sign a receipt receipt confirming pick-up.
